I am a tarot reader. The 6 of Cups is about memories of childhood and reflection. As I was approaching my 40th high school reunion in 2024 (gulp), I got to thinking how we all had so many dreams back then. Some of us stayed in touch, but many of us moved on and away from our home town. What would a reunion after so much time be like?
So with the inspiration of the 6 of cups from tarot and my impending reunion, I wrote this song. I did NOT finish it in time for the reunion, but such is the grand adventure. The thoughts still stand.
