As a century-old Minneapolis restaurant was closing it's doors in 2017, an older client wanted to phone in a reservation. Because of the iconic status of this restaurant, the place was PACKED for three solid months from open to close. The ONLY way we could manage reservations was through restaurant.com. We were unable to take phone reservations

As a century-old Minneapolis restaurant was closing it's doors in 2017, an older client wanted to phone in a reservation. Because of the iconic status of this restaurant, the place was PACKED for three solid months from open to close. The ONLY way we could manage reservations was through restaurant.com. We were unable to take phone reservations (as our outgoing message said.. this is her voicemail about how she felt about that option.
